Locate a recording
In Phase 1 the caseworker locates the recording in the source platform (DC3 / CXOne / Verint, simulated here) by assessment ID or NINO, then continues to upload. The catalogue is lot-scoped and carries the mandatory metadata captured at the validation gate.
